Gaetano is probably the best service technician I have ever dealt with. He has a pleasant warm attitude that makes you feel reassured that the customer is in good hands. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us the options of repairing our old garage door opener, which was 14 yrs old, or installing a new one. Since we were already prepared to purchase a new one if needed, we decided with that option so that we didn't have to deal with another repair in the near future. Best part is the technician happened to have the exact same unit we had wanted. It was all done in about an hour.

Pete rang me this morning to let me know what time he would arrive. I explained the problem and he immediately "pre" diagnosed the problem based on my description. We were having trouble getting garage door to close with any consistency. Bob took sensors off of rails and remounted them on the wall. Bob is very knowledgeable and personable and I will not hesitate to call Precision again.

I found your company by searching the internet and saw a customer review from one of my friends. My garage door opener stopped working as I was leaving for work in the morning. I was able to get an appointment for early that same afternoon. Tim Rainey explained my options for repair vs. replace. I chose to replace the old unit. Tim made sure to explain all of the functions of the new unit and control options. Tim did an excellent job. The new opener works smoother and quieter than the old one. I would definitely recommend Tim and your company to any of my family or friends.
