Your website and procedures were excellent and your service tech was professional and courteous. However, the cost of your services were way to high...$400 to repair the set of springs on the a door is just too much..I have done this myself in the past and it takes me under an hour to complete. I guess I will be doing it myself again this weekend.

Dear Mr. Papa, Thank you for your kind words. Fixing things yourself is always the cheapest way to do things. Allow me to provide you with a few tips since you decided to do this job yourself. Most springs from your big box stores come with a 2,000 cycle rating which may be why your spring has broken again. Try to go online and find a high cycle spring of at least 25,000 cycles so you do not experience the same spring inconvenience in the near future. If you are unable to find this type of spring please call us and we would be happy to provide this for you with a lifetime warranty as long as you live in your home. You will never have to fix this yourself again.

Lou ensured that he was fully prepared to complete the service job before coming out. He inquired what the issue was to ensure he had all the right supplies available. This was greatly appreciated. By being fully prepared it allowed him to complete the job within said time frame and not have to come back another day with the right equipment. He cleaned up after the job was done.
