Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. I hope all of your technicians are as conscientious and efficient as our technician today. Thank you.

Mike was great. He showed me my options, went through prices and features, and helped me select the best opener for my garage door. When he was finished, he took the time to explain all the features and how to use each. Very thorough job and well done.

Purchased a new garage door opener. Mike S was friendly and courteous. Performed installation quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciated his advice for future door improvements. I wish I had known what model number I was purchasing prior to deciding to purchase a new opener. I researched it online and at Home Depot today.

Chris K. Is absolutely fantastic. Truth is I was wary at first because I usually do business with smaller more local companies but none of them ever provided a quote or even called back. I called Precision and Chris showed up that same day. We discussed what I wanted done and he started the work that day. He needed parts to finish and came back the next morning right on time. I really wish it was this easy to work with contractors all the time. I couldn't be happier. Rock solid dude supported by a good company. Thanks for being so professional!!!!

Brian H. came & gave his recommendations (not pushy, just gave options). We had an older system without safety devices, so we decided to upgrade. Brian worked quickly & efficiently (good work ethic, old school like me). He was very polite & explained the new system before he left. We paid top dollar for this, but you get what you pay for. Other companies might be cheaper, but the employees & the warranties with Precision stand out above the competition. Can't ask for more than that.....

After five years, my emergency battery needed replacement and I thought a tune up was in order as well. Brian B accomplished both and gave me a thorough review of functional highlights and concerns, operational considerations and control unit settings. His pleasant personality and professional attitude were most welcome and I'm completely satisfied with his maintenance as well as my garage door opener. The service visit was completed in a timely manner and headache free! It's always been a pleasure dealing with Precision folks and Brian confirmed it once more. Thank you very much!

Our house is rented so when our renters encountered a problem, I needed to get the door fixed fast. Precision handled everything very professionally and called me to go over the repairs and price before work was started. The work was completed and I'm very happy with the service.

I had a really great experience with this company. From the initial phone call, to the signing of the paperwork at the completion of the job, I was an extremely satisfied customer. The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible. I would say, don't hesitate to call this company for all of your garage door needs. I will definitely be using them in the future as the need arises.
