Met with Glenn G to discuss purchase and installation of two garage doors. Glenn was on time and very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased the top-of-the-line Distinct 320 Series doors and they were installed by Jason P. who proved to be a real craftsmen. He was on time and did a super job installing the doors. Two weeks later, I called Precision requesting an adjustment to the doors because I don't use an automatic opener and my wife who has arthritis in her wrists was finding it difficult to open the doors. I also mentioned it would be more convenient to have the same lock on each door requiring one key instead of two. An appointment was scheduled and Dave arrived on time. He replaced the two different locks with matching locks (requiring only one key) and adjusted the doors to make it easier to unlock and open the doors. Dave had my wife test the doors and she was able to unlock and open the doors with ease. Great job! Precision Door Service has a very professional and knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend their products and services.

I needed a quick review and replacement of my garage door operators and the associated springs and safety cables. Within a day Precision sent a technician to my home to assess the situation. He gave me a quote that day and within the week the same technician returned to complete the repairs. I was totally impressed with the courteous and efficient service Precision provided, and my specific technician Christopher K. was extremely competent and courteous. He arrived promptly and didn't waste any time getting the work done. Afterwards he reviewed what he had done, demonstrated how the system worked and answered any questions i had. I'd have to give them a standing ovation for their service!

Michael X Schumacher - He was great, he showed up within a few hours after our initial call. He gave us different options for us to decide on: install new springs that could handle the correct weight of the doors or install new garage doors. Our garage doors are 26 years old and beat up, so this made the decision pretty easy for us, new garage doors. He even fixed the problem, so we can use the garage door until our new doors are installed. We cannot wait!

Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. Brian H. came & gave his recommendations (not pushy, just gave options). We had an older system without safety devices, so we decided to upgrade. Brian worked quickly & efficiently (good work ethic, old school like me). He was very polite & explained the new system before he left. We paid top dollar for this, but you get what you pay for. Other companies might be cheaper, but the employees & the warranties with Precision stand out above the competition. Can't ask for more than that.....
