The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible.
