I love this company. I love their excellent communication -- from the first call I put in for an appointment to the text they send beforehand with information about my technician, and then the call I received with the exact time of arrival. I had something break that was under warranty and Luke took care of it right away. He knew what he was doing. Luke was so friendly and professional and I felt safe having him come to my home. This company is top notch. My logic board in my opener went and by the time I figured it out it was nearly 10pm at night. I went into the website to get the contact info for the next morning and a live chat window popped up. I communicated with a representative who told me someone would be there first thing in the morning. Two very nice guys showed up right on time early the next morning. Now that is service. I will use this company and only this company from here on out.

Luke was very professional, evaluated the problem with the door and spoke with his office to rectify the problem. A new section for the door will be installed tomorrow. Luke also did adjustments and lubricated both garage doors while he was here

Charles Gripenburg was our technician on January 12. He was scheduled to come between 4-8, and called around 3:40 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 4:00. Charles was very polite and was able to assess our problem quickly. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our motor, but at no time did he pressure us. He showed us the problem and clearly explained our options. He was able to replace the motor right then. Not only did he program the 2 remotes and keypad for that door, he also programmed our other door (which Precision replaced for us almost 8 years ago) onto the 2 remotes as well. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he gave us the bill. Charles is fabulous, and we highly recommend him!!

Tim was friendly and courteous and instantly tried to temporarily repair my rusted, bent rails enough for us to open and close the garage door one more time to remove the trash/recycle cans. Unable to, he very clearly explained the different options available. Soon we will have a new door that will look exactly like our old door, except this one will work!

Please dont push people to buy services that they don't need, I can certainly feel for the technician since its probably his job to bring bag of $$$$ back to you and he try his best to oversell, not a good business practice in my book.
