I needed general maintenance on the door and rollers, stripping etc. The technician was prompt and polite. Drew was very helpful to let me know what I needed and did not need now. I will be calling you at the end of March to set up replacing my door stripping.

Kevin called 1/2 hour before coming and arrived on time. He as very polite and knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem, reprogrammed the opener and replaced the defective keypad. I give Precision 5 stars and will recommend the company to friends.

New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.

My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. From the brand new trucks to the tech using tablets for billing. Management is doing it right. Highly recommend. We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N. I felt I could communicate well with him, and was able to voice my concerns... and ask for advice for future maintenance, all with good feedback.
