This company provided professional and courteous service from beginning to end. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. I received your name from Angie's List advertising. I read some of the reviews and felt confident about calling you. I needed general maintenance on the door and rollers, stripping etc. The technician was prompt and polite. Drew was very helpful to let me know what I needed and did not need now. I will be calling you at the end of March to set up replacing my door stripping.

Kevin called 1/2 hour before coming and arrived on time. He as very polite and knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem, reprogrammed the opener and replaced the defective keypad. I give Precision 5 stars and will recommend the company to friends.

New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.
