We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N. I felt I could communicate well with him, and was able to voice my concerns... and ask for advice for future maintenance, all with good feedback. I called in the morning and was able to get a technician to respond in the afternoon. Everything was explained clearly on what needed to be fixed and the cost. The work was done quickly and the tech showed me what was replaced before receiving payment. Very satisfied with the service I received.

I called Precision because I could not get two other companies to return my calls, plus my Mom recommended you from a previous service years ago. You answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next morning and the tech was on time and really courteous. He did a great job and was quite fast at the repair.
