Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Precision Door again and highly recommend their services.

Excellent same day service. Tech (Kevin) was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my repair. I thought the whole operation was very well done and thought out. From the brand new trucks to the tech using tablets for billing. Management is doing it right. Highly recommend. Now if I could just get my plumber and electrician to be this savvy that would be great :-)

My garage door went down and they were able to get out here and fix my door quickly. The installer showed me that the previous motor was bad and needed to install a new one. He installed it quickly and took the time to explain everything to me when it was complete

Five stars 1. Same day service 2. Greg called ahead as to his arrival time and arrived on time 3. Greg came prepared- he checked the history of the unit and last battery repair 4. He listened and respected my concern about battery performance 5. He explained what he and the company could do and what I could do to be alert to any future problems 6. We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N. I felt I could communicate well with him, and was able to voice my concerns... and ask for advice for future maintenance, all with good feedback. Drew called about 15 minutes before he was coming and arrived right on time. He looked at the garage door. Found the problem. and explained my options on how to fix it.
