Had springs and garage door opener replaced. Precision was able to send a technician within a day of calling. Our technician knew exactly what was wrong and presented our options clearly. He worked efficiently and safely despite the freezing weather that evening. The door is working perfectly now. We are very satisfied and will continue to use Precision.

Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Precision Door again and highly recommend their services.

I love my new door. It looks great. However, I wish I had ordered a window! The installation was on time and didn't take all day. The technician did a great job of communicating along the way, which my husband appreciated.

From the brand new trucks to the tech using tablets for billing. Management is doing it right. Highly recommend. My garage door went down and they were able to get out here and fix my door quickly. The installer showed me that the previous motor was bad and needed to install a new one. He installed it quickly and took the time to explain everything to me when it was complete

We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

Hi, would like to comment overall on the quick service (although I didn't receive same day) however, felt it was appropriate. Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N.
