about a year and a half ago we had a new door installed. a quality affordable door that is excellant. at the time of install the old opener was in question..the tech said we would be ok for a little more time. on 3-02-13 we had it replaced by a very good tech by the name of rich.excellant service again...service, product,honesty...THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BEAT!

I was impressed with the info regarding our technician and I would give him 5 stars. We had a new sensor and new and additional openers installed and a spring that was broken repaired. He explained everything including the cost. We would definitely call Precision if we need anything else.

He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority.
