Great technician. Very professional and great work performed. Unrelated to technician-- price quite high for spring replacement. May have to go elsewhere for opener replacement due to what i can assume will be an astronomically high price.
Mark, Don't sell us short. I think you will find our price on openers is extreemely competitive. To be the largest garage door company in Northern NJ you need to be. We do quote openers on the phone. Thank you for your business. Doug

He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority. He really knew his stuff! Drew was very thorough. He worked clean too. My garage door functions better than it has in years thanks to Drew & Precision Garage Door. I highly recommend them.

Our 2 garage doors were giving us a problem. One wouldn't stay closed and the other wouldn't open when car button was pushed. Our original door Co. was out of business and we took the name from yellow pages. We were very happy. They came when they said and the technician was very personable and fixed our problems right away. We will definitely call on them again when we need service.

He also replaced a bad sensor and installed a remote keypad which works wonderfully. He went out of his way to make sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied before leaving.

I liked the fact that I knew something about your technician before he ever got to my home, based on the info on your website. Bobby Z is the most thorough and knowledgeable technician I've come across. He called my home to let me know when he was 30 minutes from arriving. He replaced both springs above my door as well as all the hardware. He recommended the next garage door opener I will need when the motor goes on my current one, and gave me a pamphlet on that opener. Rest assured I'll be requesting Bobby Z for all my future garage door needs.
