Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Called yesterday at 4pm....installed today by noon! Kevin S. called at 10:15am asking if I would be available 60 minutes EARLIER than my 12N-4p promised window. Excellent! He looked at my 25 year old Stanley and informed me that he would not be able to make the adjustments to the motor and chain mechanism necessary to keep it functioning properly and safely. He offered me a choice between two models and we agreed that the lower priced model was probably best for my needs (one car garage). He was pleasant, professional and efficient. He got right to the job and completed the work in about an hour. He stayed to give me a guided tour of my new opener and answered all my questions. Cleaned up completely, taking away all the chains and other pieces of my old opener. Provided me with all important documentation and informed me of the terms of the lifetime warranty. I'm sure I might have gotten a lower price somewhere else, but the promptness, thoroughness, professionalism and reliability of this vendor are a model for others. Was very impressed with the pictures and bios of the technicians...as well as the high tech paperwork. One complaint though... I was expecting Lou (the Yankee fan)...and due to illness and a need to switch technicians...they sent Kevin...who is a Mets fan!! Although I was disappointed, I didn't think that was enough to deduct a star. Great job Precision!

My original garage door opener was over 13 years old. It was extremely noises and at the end of its useful life. Your installer, Kevin Nix arrived when he said he would and within an hour we had a new, quieter door opener installed. The installation was neat, clean, and Kevin programmed and explained its operation. 5 out of 5.

Lou was very helpful and replaced both springs, rollers, wires, etc. The garage door sounds much quieter and runs smoother. There was an issue with one of the wires in my garage and Lou returned two days later to fix it at no charge. I do believe the price for all of the work done was not cheap, but am hoping that I will never have the need to replace the garage door parts again.

Was told Greg M. would be here for a 12 - 4 appointment today. At 11:42 he called and said he would be to us in about 20 minutes according to his GPS and sure enough - he was! Replaced the spring and advised us on other issues to watch for, as our system is VERY old and tired. He is honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the man we will request when we call Precision to replace our system!!!

A 5 Star Garage Door Repair. I have used Precision before. The advertising was interesting but did not affect my decision.. This is the second time I had to contact your company to take care of a malfunction with my automatic garage door system. In both instances, your company was able to bring a qualified technician who explained all of my options and performed the work I had authorized in expert fashion. Brandon was the technician this time around and he was awesome. While I could have gotten cheaper repairs from another company, the combination of customer service and quality parts/workmanship offered by your company is hard to beat. Now I have the quietest and the most "state of the art"" garage door opening system in the neighborhood. Thanks!

5 stars. Pete was here on time and actually called prior to coming to give us a heads up. Neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Gave us good advise as to what we actually needed replaced and I feel didn't try to oversell products we didn't need. He gave us an itemized quote before work begun and even told us where to go for coupons. I hope I don't need any more new garage work but if I do Precision is the one I will call.

Cables, pulleys, rollers and springs replaced. Technician was prompt, courteous and clearly communicated repair options, costs and warranties. Precision performed similar repairs on my other garage two years ago and I was impressed with that work, so called Precision for repair on this door as well.
