Was told Greg M. would be here for a 12 - 4 appointment today. At 11:42 he called and said he would be to us in about 20 minutes according to his GPS and sure enough - he was! Replaced the spring and advised us on other issues to watch for, as our system is VERY old and tired. He is honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the man we will request when we call Precision to replace our system!!!

A 5 Star Garage Door Repair. I have used Precision before. The advertising was interesting but did not affect my decision.. Technician Kevin clearly explained the repairs that would be necesary, and we discussed the alternatives before selecting the best one. The work was done both promptly and acurrately. While I could have gotten cheaper repairs from another company, the combination of customer service and quality parts/workmanship offered by your company is hard to beat. 5 stars. Pete was here on time and actually called prior to coming to give us a heads up. Neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Gave us good advise as to what we actually needed replaced and I feel didn't try to oversell products we didn't need. He gave us an itemized quote before work begun and even told us where to go for coupons. I hope I don't need any more new garage work but if I do Precision is the one I will call.

Cables, pulleys, rollers and springs replaced. Technician was prompt, courteous and clearly communicated repair options, costs and warranties. Precision performed similar repairs on my other garage two years ago and I was impressed with that work, so called Precision for repair on this door as well.

Lou came to install a new exterior keypad as well as program the keypad in one of our cars. He was courteous and efficient - completing both jobs within 20 minutes. He walked me through how to re-program the keypad in the future (if needed). The quality of the keypad is far better than the one we had through Door Boy.

Four years ago, I hired Precision to do a complete overhaul of my garage door. Everything has been perfect until recently, when we began having trouble with our key pad. I called the company about the problem and two days later a technician was at my door for our appointment. He was on time, friendly, and not only fixed the problem, but gave everything else a check while he was there. I was very pleased with the service. There was no charge for the excellent service as the warranty was still in effect.
