Let me say that the service was great. Technician Lou was a complete professional. On a bitterly cold day he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers. Despite the cold, he worked for several hours until the job was perfect. Very professional

Lou came to install a new exterior keypad as well as program the keypad in one of our cars. He was courteous and efficient - completing both jobs within 20 minutes. He walked me through how to re-program the keypad in the future (if needed). The quality of the keypad is far better than the one we had through Door Boy.

Four years ago, I hired Precision to do a complete overhaul of my garage door. Everything has been perfect until recently, when we began having trouble with our key pad. I called the company about the problem and two days later a technician was at my door for our appointment. He was on time, friendly, and not only fixed the problem, but gave everything else a check while he was there. I was very pleased with the service. There was no charge for the excellent service as the warranty was still in effect.

We chose Precision because the name came up when we looked for the original installer, Overhead Door. A big plus was that you sent someone out on Sunday. Our garage door repair included replacing and various moving parts. The technician, P. Orlando, was competent and professional. His manner was friendly. He answered all questions and explained what he was going to do and why. We see competence in how the company is run. The service was most satisfactory; we recommended Precision to a friend. Rating: 5.

My appointment was set between 1:00pm and 5:00pm, he called after he finished his previous appointment to let me know he could come earlier if it worked out for me and of course it did. When he arrived he provided me with an explanation of why I had an issue with my garage door and how he could fix it. He was done within an hour. I selected Precision from Angie's list and because Precision's website is outstanding. I wasn't disappointed. From making an appointment to getting the work done, everything went smooth -- very professional and demonstrated competence. Service was fast too. I called last night and they came this morning. I expected only an estimate and then a reschedule to do the work, but it was done instantly. This is good since I had to take off from work for the appointment. Our garage door had broken at the top because of stress caused by the force applied by the door opener. Bob did an outstanding job of explaining the technical issues repairing the door, making it better than it was originally. He also explained that the springs were too strong and replaced them with the right size springs. The door now operates better than it did before it broke. I love dealing with competence! This is a competent company.

I have used Precision Door many times and have always been pleased with their service. Today I had an appointment time from between 12 and 4 p.m. Robert, the technician, called me and told me he could come earlier. He arrived at 10:00 a.m. He replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of my garage door and also the springs and pulleys. He also showed me how to do the balance test and explained everything to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Robert and Precision for another great job.
