Customer Service was excellent - from the initial call to the finished job. Brian B was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. The work was performed as described and agreed - very happy with it. The only reason I scored them a 4star instead of 5 is because of price. The job was a repair and I thought it should have been less, but I had no time to research, compare or shop. If I were installing all new I would definitely go with this company - they know what they are doing and are worth it; for repairs, expect to pay top dollar and have a very pleasant experience.

I needed new rollers, operating cables, safety cables. new cast iron pulleys and springs. He did the job quickly and correctly. Chris explained all the new parts he installed. I received a call from him approx. 45 minutes before he arrived. I certainly would recommend Precision Doors to anyone with garage door problems. Certainly I would use them again if I needed any more work done. Chris was wonderful and very friendly.

Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.

Tim did a great job fixing my door - I had a broken spring, but since it was clear the other one was going to fail soon, I opted to have the door essentially overhauled. Now I basically have a new door and the benefit of a lifetime warranty. Tim really knows his business and really enjoys what he does. I called at 7 a.m., and I can't believe I had everything fixed by 1 p.m.
