Charles, the technician was very professional, friendly and polite. He called twice to let me know his ETA, which I appreciated. The technicians were extremely friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend Precision for both a new installation or a service call. Each time that I have had a technician come, I have found them always to be courteous and knowledgeable. I would unconditionally give my last service call a higher than 5 star rating.

From my first phone call to the end result I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience of dealing with Precision Door service. Everyone was very prompt and courteous. I was a little nervous at first when I randomly choose your company from the Internet , but relieved when I learned my sister and niece use your service and were very pleased. I was so impressed with my technician, Rob, who was very professional and nice. I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue when my spring broke. After choosing to replace the entire mechanism and door opener....with no pressure from Rob, I now feel much safer.
