Pete was exceptional in that he fixed the problem with the garage door but took the time to explain the critical elements of how the door works and what was the best way to maintain it. We noticed that the remotes and the keypad were not working on the garage door. The technician, Drew, was able to diagnosis the problem and repair it in a very short period of time. He identified the need to adjust the tracks to make the door operate much more smoothly. It is a pleasure to work with such a knowledgable and professional technician. He not only was able to deal with the original problem, but adjusted the door so it would operate much more smoothly. Drew is truly an asset to the Precision organization.

I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. I used them for installation of a garage door opener and then again just recently for a repair. It turned out to be a problem with my door not the opener and still the technician could not have been more helpful. I was fortunate to have Scott as my technician both times.

I used Precision for my new install a few years ago and was very happy.
