Mike measured, evaluated, and ordered our requested garage doors and promised their delivery in a timely fashion. App. 2 weeks later, Chris arrived and installed the doors in less than 3 hours. Ron performed tune-ups on 2 garage doors. He identified a safety cable that was missing, as well as a frayed cable on the other door. I was both grateful and surprised. Grateful that Ron found the missing safety cable and surprised it was missing. The 2 brand new doors were installed less than 2 years ago by another door company that held itself out as professional.
