The Service Technician was very courteous, professional and thorough. He explained all of my options without being too aggressive. He identified the problem quickly and repaired it equally as fast. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time.

I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. Tim was able to immediately say what the problem was and explain my options for fixing it. He fixed the problem quickly and I was left with a brand new garage door motor and remote that was so much better than what I had.

I thought everyone from your salesperson to the technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly and went beyond where they needed to be helpful. Because I didnt have the appropriate siding on my garage, you had to come back a second time to install the molding ( and bring a battery pack that wasn't included), but the technician after leaving my house called to tell me there was a contractor down the street who could probably do the work very easily and wanted to save the step for me having to search for someone. The doors look very nice..
