I had your company install a new garage door opener a few years ago and was satisfied with the work, so when I had my landscaper run into the door with a lawnmower, I thought of you. Your representative told me that the door was no longer available,(a Sears product) I decided to get a new one. He was very helpful, explaining my choices and helping me make a decision.

We had the service done replacing rollers, cables and springs. Gaetano explained in great depth about the door parts and tried his best to get us a good price for good quality parts. We no longer have noisy door and feel more safe.

I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. I used them for installation of a garage door opener and then again just recently for a repair. It turned out to be a problem with my door not the opener and still the technician could not have been more helpful. I was fortunate to have Scott as my technician both times.

I thought everyone from your salesperson to the technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly and went beyond where they needed to be helpful. Because I didnt have the appropriate siding on my garage, you had to come back a second time to install the molding ( and bring a battery pack that wasn't included), but the technician after leaving my house called to tell me there was a contractor down the street who could probably do the work very easily and wanted to save the step for me having to search for someone. The doors look very nice..

I learned about Precision while looking for deals on Angie's List. I looked up the company phone number on the internet and it was easy to reach then and schedule an appointment. We highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Our technician Tim, realized right away the door opener on our door did not have enough horsepower to lift our double door. Something the other company we had used for several years failed to notice even after several service calls. Tim replaced our opener with a Liftmaster that was so quiet, with our family room above the garage didn't shake anymore. When our garage door spring broke a few months later - I knew who to call. Tim was here in no time and fixed everything to our satisfaction. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very trustworthy. We will only call and recommend Precision Door and Tim.

Pete worked for over 2 hours. Replaced all moving parts on garage door and installed a new motor. It sounds a lot better now. Gave assurance that with all of the work, new system will be much more reliable and lifetime warranties.

The technicians arrived @1:15 pm which was within the 12-4pm schedule which was given to me. They arrived in a clearly marked truck with the name of PRECISION on the side. The technician called me about 15 minutes before their arrival they were dressed in very professional uniforms. I needed service for a broken chain on my existing door. The tech advised me that the chain broke due to bad motor bushing which made the chain fall off. He also told me that the door needed to be replaced and exactly how much it would cost to replace it. I gave him the OK to replace and take away the old pieces which they did. They had the new opener on the truck and took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the whole job. This whole experience was very pleasant and I would recommend and use your company for any garage door, opener related problems in the future. THANK YOU Joseph N. L

Your sales rep was great and the guy who installed the doors was very nice but left cigarette butts, a Ton of screws and other little metal pieces from the installation all over the ground, is pieces of glass from Our old windows in the garage doors, and pieces of wood from the old doors- all over the ground.

By the time I called them it was late Sunday afternoon and it was too late to get an appointment for the same day. However, they scheduled me for the first thing Monday morning.It was a rather simple repair.The track got out of alignment when the car caught the garbage can which somehow caused the tracking to bend. Tim was able to fix it quickly. But he also gave me a thorough report of the condition of the door which was useful. I was very pleased with the service.
