If the initial service call with the original tech hadn't gone so badly I would have given a 5 Star rating. Besides the work not being done correctly I wasn't made aware of the discount offered to seniors. After a couple of calls they finally sent out Joe Conti who was very qualified and knew the correct solution to the issue we were having. Had to wait for ordered parts but in the end the job was very satisfactory if a bit pricey. Will be my go to company for future needs.

This young man Brandon was the best, he was very courteous, and his workmanship was excellent and, was on time. His knowledge of the job was also excellent. I know that this young man knew what he was doing, we could talk shop, and he was on point. I was an inspector for 25 years, he was just fun to be around. If everyone in this company is as good as Brandon you have a great company. Keep this young man I cannot say enough about him.

The technician was very courteous and seemed very professional, but, as I had not realized that a new opener would be needed, I did not do a price check. Since I cannot say whether the pricing is competitive, the required 1-5 star ranking may be too high or too low.

All servicemen are fine and everyting was repaired. The only fault we find is the guys don't come between the expected hours!!! They are late, and we are stuck waiting. Whoever schedules should get a better handle on the time.

The installers, Jorge and Zsolt, did an amazing job of incorporating new framing on an older, free-standing garage. And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. Brandon did a terrific job explaining my options, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of limited repair vs. replacing the entire opener system. I opted for the latter, and was really pleased that he was able to perform the service on the spot, had all the parts he needed on his truck, explained how to operate the new system, and didn't leave until he was satisfied with every last operating detail.
