Ron performed tune-ups on 2 garage doors. He identified a safety cable that was missing, as well as a frayed cable on the other door. I was both grateful and surprised. Grateful that Ron found the missing safety cable and surprised it was missing. The 2 brand new doors were installed less than 2 years ago by another door company that held itself out as professional.

My garage door had problems closing. Scott M looked at the hardware and found the lenses to be malfunctioning and replaced them. He also noted that many other pieces were also in need of replacing. He replaced the drive unit, car remote and keypad. He explained everything in detail and I understood what was needed. Scott was a very competent technician, communication was excellent and his personality was very nice. I would highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with the service and our tech. Andrew Nix. I was a little disappointed that the reason that our remotes were not working because they were deemed to be defective. The company should have notified us and replaced them. If that were done we would not have had to pay the service call charge. We have used precision in the past and will use them again.
