A couple of years ago I purchased a garage door opener from Sears which included installation. What was a surprise to me was the installation was an outside contractor. The installion did not go well and a second tech was called and was annoyed he had to be called to finish the job. It was a poor job from the beginning and has been a problem since. I ended up paying more than going to Sears plus what it cost me to have your organization clean up their mess. Your tech took the time to explain what had to been done and the costs before he began. He was thorough and skilled. Except for the hour and a half delay in his arrival I felt that when he left I would not have any additional problems. The moral of my experience is pay more initally and have the job done correctly.

I told them that I was very impressed that you sent out information on the technician in advance of the appointment, which is something that I've never had a service provider do. It was nice touch and since I wasn't able to be here when they arrived I was very comfortable letting my adult daughter meet with them before I arrived. Hi Doug, All work was performed expertly in a timely fashion. Finished in one visit. Two things that did concerned me. Even though Bob explained everything about the (cost,labor and materials). Which I agreed to and signed, I feel it was a bit too pricey. My other concern, was I had a time window between 8am and 12pm. I received a call at approximately 11:50am that the technician would be late. I feel I should have been called sooner. Overall I was completely satisfied with the end result. The garage doors work very nicely.

Precision was able to send someone to my home within 24 hours of my call. The serviceman was knowledgeable and quickly fixed my door. In addition to fixing the snapped cable, he saw that the springs also needed repair and adjusted the door so it closed completely....something it had not done in years. We were very pleased, and when it is time to totally replace the doors we will call Percision again!

Very disappointed that no one called to cancel or explain the failure of a technician to show up for original appointment. However, when one did for second appointment, he was very competent, personable and took time to explain what he was doing and why. Excellent work.

The "eye" sensor to my garage door suddenly broke off and the door was unable to move. I called Precision immediately. I got someone on the phone quickly, told her about my problem, and she was able to secure a same-day appointment to have a technician come to my house. I also explained that I would be at work and no one would be home. She was very cooperative and said it wasn't a problem and that I should leave a contact number for the office or the technician to call me. When I arrived at work, I was delighted to see an email confirming my appointment and given a list of all the technicians who handle residential properties. That was a really unusual - and nice - touch. Tim arrived within the window of time given, called me, and explained in detail what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. When I arrived home later that evening, the garage door was working as good as new. I appreciated the fact that Precision was able to quickly respond to my problem.

Technician pleasant and polite; however, overwhelmed with a sense that he was a salesman and not truly willing to offer a repair solution. Seriously doubtful if I will rely upon Precision again - prices unreasonable in comparison to competitor.
