The technician was very courteous and seemed very professional, but, as I had not realized that a new opener would be needed, I did not do a price check. Since I cannot say whether the pricing is competitive, the required 1-5 star ranking may be too high or too low.

I am more than pleased with my new garage door, installed by Precision Doors. From the first phone call Vince went out of his way to answer all our questions. We were dealing with insurance companies, as our garage was damaged as a result of Hurricane Irene, and Vince got us the estimates we needed within days. The installers, Jorge and Zsolt, did an amazing job of incorporating new framing on an older, free-standing garage. And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. Five Star rating, without a doubt, and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors. (Shared Review)

I used Precision many years ago (2004) I believe. Since that time, I needed new remotes (2011) and got great service. Appt was made, rep (named Scott) arrived on schedule, completed the work and was neat. This time (2012)the garage door would not open. Rep arrived early (Mark) reviewed everything, realized it was due to circuit breaker and fixed it. Also required new batteries which he installed in a short period of time. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Would recommend Precision anytime.

The service was great. After calling I had an appointment right away. Kyle was right on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. He was able to assess the problem within a few minutes. It was great that he was equipped to install 2 new garage door openers and that I didn't have to schedule another appointment for him to return with the parts. Thanks for your help!

All servicemen are fine and everyting was repaired. The only fault we find is the guys don't come between the expected hours!!! They are late, and we are stuck waiting. Whoever schedules should get a better handle on the time.
