Brandon did a terrific job explaining my options, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of limited repair vs. replacing the entire opener system. I opted for the latter, and was really pleased that he was able to perform the service on the spot, had all the parts he needed on his truck, explained how to operate the new system, and didn't leave until he was satisfied with every last operating detail.

If the initial service call with the original tech hadn't gone so badly I would have given a 5 Star rating. Besides the work not being done correctly I wasn't made aware of the discount offered to seniors. After a couple of calls they finally sent out Joe Conti who was very qualified and knew the correct solution to the issue we were having. Had to wait for ordered parts but in the end the job was very satisfactory if a bit pricey. Will be my go to company for future needs.

All servicemen are fine and everyting was repaired. The only fault we find is the guys don't come between the expected hours!!! They are late, and we are stuck waiting. Whoever schedules should get a better handle on the time.
