Ben quickly and efficiently replaced two different garage door openers and tested them. He also explained how to program them should they fail to operate. Vince gave us 5 star service today. My husband wasn’t ready to hear the news that our old wood door needs replacing ( door wouldn’t go up) and was interested in replacing the springs but I didn’t want to throw away almost $500 fixing springs on this door. Vince adjusted a setting so I can still use the garage this winter while my husband gets used to the idea we need to do this. Cost is a huge factor for us right now.
