I moved into a new house and basically changed the handle to my door...the wiring slipped, door was stuck down/locked and there is no way into the space besides the overhead door. THANKS BEN!!

I thought that the diagnosis was performed professionally and the work done was to my liking, however I think I paid more for the lifetime warranty than for the current parts and labor that went into the work performed. It was a pricey fix, but needed it done. 5 stars if there was a more competitive price.
