He called back promptly, came to our consultation on time and had samples of the doors so I could see and feel exactly what I would be buying. I am also happy with the men who did the installation. Sunday, July 25, my LiftMaster died, chains flopping and parts falling. Called on Monday, Brian arrived by 10:45, new opener, belts, remotes, etc. installed before 1PM - Brian was very detailed in his explanations of my options, efficient and tidy.
