We recently had three beautiful carriage house style garage doors installed by Precision. Since we're still under construction, one of the workers accidently knocked the safety eye sensor off the track and the garage door opener would not close or open automatically. It was after hours but Kelly, a manager called me back and offered to have a repairman out to my house within an hour. I politely declined as I had managed to close the door manually and indicated if they could schedule a service the next day (Friday) I would appreciate it as we didn't wish to go through the weekend with a manual operation nor have the door close accidentally given that we have 4 year old twins. The repairmen arrived Friday afternoon within the time window indicated and repaired the sensor rather efficiently, explained the situation and were very well mannered and professional. I am extremely pleased with the installation as well as the service call response.

I found Precision in the Yellow Pages and will be recommending them to anyone with garage door needs. The technician who came was determined to fix my door and far exceeded my expectations. I moved into a new house and basically changed the handle to my door...the wiring slipped, door was stuck down/locked and there is no way into the space besides the overhead door. THANKS BEN!!

I thought that the diagnosis was performed professionally and the work done was to my liking, however I think I paid more for the lifetime warranty than for the current parts and labor that went into the work performed. It was a pricey fix, but needed it done. 5 stars if there was a more competitive price.

Jorge was excellent. He did a great job. He cleaned up. took the old door away, and did a great job with the installatin of the new door. He was professional in evey way.
