Sunday, July 25, my LiftMaster died, chains flopping and parts falling. Called on Monday, Brian arrived by 10:45, new opener, belts, remotes, etc. installed before 1PM - Brian was very detailed in his explanations of my options, efficient and tidy. The mechanism is so quiet - the whole experience was positive. I will recommend your company to the condominium manager. Thanks again.

We recently had three beautiful carriage house style garage doors installed by Precision. Since we're still under construction, one of the workers accidently knocked the safety eye sensor off the track and the garage door opener would not close or open automatically. It was after hours but Kelly, a manager called me back and offered to have a repairman out to my house within an hour. I politely declined as I had managed to close the door manually and indicated if they could schedule a service the next day (Friday) I would appreciate it as we didn't wish to go through the weekend with a manual operation nor have the door close accidentally given that we have 4 year old twins. The repairmen arrived Friday afternoon within the time window indicated and repaired the sensor rather efficiently, explained the situation and were very well mannered and professional. I am extremely pleased with the installation as well as the service call response.

Very knowledgable,thorough service. Appointment was made for between 8-12 with the first appointment and the technician arrived first thing as promised. Tim provided a knowledgable evaluation based on safety, quality and durability. The job was finished in the estimated time and resulted in a 25 year old garage door operating like new.
