My garage door was stuck because I left the hatch of my CR-V up and blocked the door!! Called Precision and was so pleased with the courteous service I received on the phone. I was told they would be here between 1 and 2 p.m., but actually came early!!!!!!!! My tech's name was Scott McDonald. He was also very courteous and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Precision and Scott to everyone!!!!

Yes, all of the above influenced my choosing Precision. Also, there were quite a few locations in the area. I was treated respectfully and attentively. Tim reviewed all the areas of concern and explained everything to my satisfaction so I could make a sound decision. The work was well done and the garage left in good order. I got a call earlier than my scheduled appt. to see if the job could be done sooner in the day since my car was trapped in the garage. He replaced broken springs, pulleys, etc. and installed a new opener.

Garage door repair. Tim is very professional. He explained the job needed to be done before starting and then after finishing. It is a pleasure to have dealt with such a nice person. Job a bit expensive,but... The star rating does not represent Tim in any way. The price did not allow me to give you all 5 stars. Wish it would have been less costly. When I needed repairs to my garage door openers, I had no idea where to go. (Don't use Angie's list!) So I let my fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because of their ad primarily and was incredibly glad I did. Their receptionist was simply sweet and scheduled my appointment quickly and conveniently for me. Scott B , the technician, called me beforehand to let me know he was running a bit early and asked if coming early was okay with me. When he got to my home he was truly a gentleman, moving aside to let me go by, cleaning his feet coming into the door, etc. He respected my home and me! He answered any questions I had and offered suggestions to meet my needs. I love Precision and would recommend you to my friends and family.

Garage door opener repair that wound up being worse than anticipated. Decided to replace opener due to age and most of the hardware since that was the culprit for opener failure. Kyle worked diligently and got the job done. They may charge more than some places, but they warrantied everything for life, so you may not need to buy another one ever again.

I am writing to you as a response to the service I recently received from your company on Friday, December 16, 2011. Unfortunately, there was no response card in the folder I received from the technician upon completion of the needed repairs. LAck of the card not only delayed my response, but I was unsure as to where I should mail this letter. I am happy to say that the entire service was excellent from start to finish. The telephone operator who took the original call was pleasant and efficient. The service technician (Tim) was scheduled to arrive in mid-afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to receive his call telling me he could be to my home before 11 A.M. Upon arrival, he too was pleasant and personable. It was easy to see that he was experienced and knowledgeable-not only in door repair but also in how to interact with customers. He waited patiently while I called my husband to discuss what needed to be done and the cost of the work. He also clearly explained any available discounts, (AAA), and methods of payment. Most of all, Tim did not try to pressure us into any parts that we did not want or need to complete our job. (We did feel the price was quite high at $1,188.36, but we felt we got a good product and fast service for the necessary repair and replacement. The price might be the only drawback in recommending the company to friends and relatives for whom the price might be too high). Upon my approval to begin replacement of the door opener and its' accompanying hardware, Tim went to work immediately and had the job completed in a little over 90 minutes. When the job was finished, I was highly satisfied with the job (as was my husband when he returned home from work that evening). As promised, we received a fully itemized bill of all parts and labor as well as a complete explanation of the warrantees. To say the least we are highly satisfied. Should we need your services again in the future, we will not hesitate to call you.

I want to say that the handling of my problem was done in a very professional manor. The appointment was made to my convenience and the technician arrived on time. Even though I was in need of two additional appointments to completly solve the unusual circumstance, it was handled with efficiency.

I won't be calling on you again. While I think the work was done properly and the technician was polite and knowledgable, I don't think I was given an upfront overall estimate of the complete service that was probably needed. So in the end I got a partial job and I'll have to call someone else in the near future. I also don't think I received the AAA discount that I specifically mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Hours after the technician left I found that he had left the garage door open.

I wanted to provide feedback on my encounter with Precision. I had inquired about a new garage door back in the Fall 2011. Vince, the area Manager, arrived at my home to give me an estimate. Vince was wonderful to speak to and answered all of my questions! He did not make me feel rushed into purchasing and even showed me examples of the material that my new garage door would be made of. My new garage door arrived on time â?? and as promised! The two installers were just as wonderful and were very courteous and also answered my questions honestly and professionally! The quality of work was superb! No mess or lingering debris either! I am extremely pleased with selecting Precision to purchase my new garage door! Everyone from the area Manager to the installers were just a pleasure to work with! The area Manager even followed up with the customer to ensure that they are happy with their purchase! You do not find this type of service too often. I will recommend Precision to everyone! Thank you!

i had a minor problem, but the tech fixed it and showed me how to set the door if i use the release again. I had got it to work but it stopped. I also notice the door is much quieter now. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. sorry i just cant remember his name!
