Starting with the courteous conversation I had with your office to set up my appointment, to the pre-appointment confirmation emails I received and the pre-appointment calls to verify when the tech would arrive (and Alan arrived on time) it was a professional and customer-centric experience! Alan's expert knowledge and detailed explanation of what the service would entail plus his professionalism and courteousness was awesome. Now I have an extremely quiet and safe garage door operation! Precision Door does not disappoint. Your company is extremely customer-focused! And more service companies should take cues from you! Kudos to you all. Carol - Ramsey, NJ

Excellent execution from booking appointment, arrival, review issue and resolution. Your repair associate, Alan, was very professional and well versed on the issue at hand and in describing long term outlook for garage door. Most appreciative of his review.

The young man was very pleasant, polite and responsible; but your price to replace/fix my garage door was too high for me, Thanks

Was very pleased with the response time, was able to come two hours earlier than expected. Alan Ramirez was very professional and courteous. Did a great job and was very neat. Nothing to clean up when completed. Explained how everything worked. Would recommend to anyone looking for your service.

There are not enough words to define this amazing company! Precision Overhead Garage Door was highly recommended to me by a neighbor and WOW! What a pleasure it has been starting with Jennifer who made the appointment very quickly . She was so courteous and understanding. The technician,Alan Ramirez, was so professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining every detail to what he was doing . What a pleasure to do business with this company and I will be recommending them to many people. Thank you again for a job well done!
