Your company was recommended to me by a friend who is a general contractor. Your company promptly responded to my service inquiry, and kept me in constant communication from start to finish. The service technician, John Fahey, was outstanding - he listened to me discuss the problem, completed a thorough inspection, and then thoroughly explained what the solutions were to my problem(s). After finishing his repairs, he walked me through them, and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing their services!

We had used your service before and this time even better with John Fahey, a young very well mannered guy who explained everything and cost. He came less than an hour after we called and did a very good job. Will surely recommend your company to family and friends.

John the installation tech from Precision Overhead Garage Door did an excellent job of explaining the causes and fixes needed for our two garage doors. He gave us three price options and we chose one. We are very pleased with the work he did and we highly recommend Precision.
