The service tech, Glenn, was fantastic! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He is very friendly, diagnosed the problem right away and gave us some choices to proceed with. We chose to replace 2 garage door openers as they are now about 17 years old. Once we made our decision, we left Glenn to do his work. When all was done, he even helped us program the remote features in our cars! That's great service! Thanks Glenn and Precision Door Service!

5*s. Great company!! I called on Saturday morning because I was unable to get the cars out of the garage. A nice lady answered the call and set up an appointment for the same day with Rob Z. Rob came exactly within the time frame that was promised. He offered multiple different options for the repair. He explained everything very carefully and answered all my questions.
