Your technician Chris called to provide about 30 minutes notice prior to arriving. Within 10 minutes, Chris indicated what necessary repairs were needed in order to get the door working properly. Within the hour, Chris completed the repair and took care of an issue that I should have addressed for the past year. I am glad to have contacted Precision and would not hesitate to use them again.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the smallest details to me. I felt very informed when I had to make a decision to replace both garage door openers. Highly recommend both Luke and Precision to anyone. Had to be one of the best experiences I have had with a service company. Great job Luke!!!

Glenn G. was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and a pleasure to do business with. He explained the problem with the side lock and it was quite evident that he is excellent at the work that he does, and that he has pride in his work. He called prior to arriving at my home to let me know that he would be there in a short period of time, and he was. With a technician as professional and knowledgeable as Glenn, it is understandable why Precision has such an excellent reputation.

My technician, Erik arrived right at the time he said he would. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, which parts needed to be replaced, and what my options were. Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole repair (replacing springs and cables) was completed in less than 20 minutes.
