I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. Tim R. solved every problem quickly and the door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the physics of the system, so he analyzed all the minor adjustments required to ensure the door was working as designed and with minimal effort and stress on the opener.
