Mike came in explained the problem never tried to push your product laid it out, clear and concise and let me take the time to make a decision. This guy is incredible I wish I had a company Iâ??d hire him in a minute. This is exactly what America is lacking today in business from the people to the service. Mike was here to solve my problem and he did and when Iâ??m ready to replace the other opener Mike will be getting the call. Precision picked up the phone on a Sunday, and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. An appointment was scheduled for Monday between 8-12. At 8 am I received a call from Precision telling me what time to expect them. The technician, Brian, was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with whatever he said to fix the problem. He worked efficiently. I will always make Precision my first call.
