I couldn't be more pleased with the services performed by Kenneth VanHarken. He performed an inspection of the garage door and explained, in very clear terms, the issues involved. This was a big plus to a "non do-it yourselfer". His explanation of the options available, warranty information again were clear and concise. The services were performed quickly and professionally. He also went into great detail in the use of the new equipment along with the safety features. He also went so far as to program two vehicles to operate the new garage door opener. With the repairs, the door operates smoothly and quietly. Excellent job! If I could, I would give six stars.

Excellent job all around. Call early AM due to sudden broken spring, had appt for that afternoon set up. Ben called early and was able to come earlier. He arrived when he said he would and then professionaly explained what needed to be done, plus other options for safety and operational improvement. The service and the internet e mail was great. The cost to repair a damaged spring was much more than expected. I feel that I did not need the full rebuild package. One cable broke and i expected to replace the cable and possibly the spring. I felt your service person was there to sell the complete package and not repair and replace the damaged parts.

Mr. Lindenauer: We can make a door function by replacing a spring and cable and it will certainly be the cheapest way to fix a door. However, the spring on the other side of the door has stretched and contracted the same number of time as the broken spring. When we get approval to replace both springs we do so, because our experience has taught us that the other spring will break shortly thereafter. the springs are rated in cycles(1 up and 1 don equals a cycle0. We believe ultimately that you should make the final decision as to what service would fit you needs.
