While we did not install new "rollers" etc. at this time, we love our new openers and battery back up keypad. Bobbie was very helpful in showing us what to do, re-checking his installation etc. etc. We would definintely use your service again, would recommend it and told my son, who recommended you, what a good service it was and what a good experience we had. Mike provided exceptionally competent and courteous service to our Newark home. He performed two garage door rebuilds, reducing the noise of the doors considerably. I had reviewed the website, like the fact that the technicians are certified. The prior installer had been contracted by the home builder and had made an error in judging the spring weights, possibly contributing to our problem. We will also enjoy the life-time warranty.
