My experience was excellent and I rate it 5 stars. When I called for service, the person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and helpful and I was able to get a technician the same day. Stuart arrived earlier than I was told he would arrive whuch was great. He was very knowlegdeable, courteous and did an excellent job repairing the problem.

Stuart is not only an excellent repairman but also a gentleman. I would love to have him as an employee if I owned a business. Doug, you can consider yourself very fortunate to have him on your team. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone I know who has a problem with garage doors or openers. If I ever need service again I would not hesitate to request Stuart as my repairman. Consider him for a raise in pay.

Dear Precision Garage Door, I just wanted to thank you for a job well done and would definitely recommend you for anyone looking for garage door installation/ repair services. The job was completed exactly as Anthony described, and I welcomed his advice to repair and replace, rather than to just band-aid. The new opener is excellent - so quite that we often have to go back and check to see if we didn't forget to close. Thanks again.

We are very happy with how smoothly new opener and repaired doors work. The technician came on time and explained the problems clearly. We had been told by someone else that we would need to replace the doors but Vince just repaired only where needed so we did not spend on what we didn't really need. We would definately recommend your services to our friends. Thank you.

Dave was a great help. Honest upfront communication about the expected costs and time needed for the repair, whilst the repair itself and quality control before leaving gave a high level of comfort to us. Great repairs at a fair price.

I was impressed with the speed with which the initial response came from the google inquiry. I was further impressed by the speed with which I was contacted and a service rep was on site. The technision was very good. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name already. I have his card, but it's not handy right now. He has even offered to assist me with setting my garage door opener in my car when I get back to FL. Thanks for a great experience (even if I had to pay for it!!!).

Everyone in your company was professional and very pleasant. Brian arrived at my house within the time frame I was given, easily diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener, made the repair, and cleaned up without any problem whatsoever. This was the second time that I used Precision and would definitely call again in the future.

I had a new door and garage door opener installed on Wed. 4/8 at the River Renaissance Condos. Both men who worked on the installation were professional, explained features and set up,and did a good job of cleaning up. Both the person I share the garage with and I had trouble setting up our in car buttons for the garage door opener. My neighbor went to another of your workers the following day who graciously came, set up and explained to us the proceedure our specific cars. I would gladly recommend your company
