Today was a typical professional service call much appreciated. We have recommended your service team on several occasions to our neighbors and would not hesitate to do such in the future. Thank you!

The Precision Door Repair website left me feeling reassured I was dealing with experienced professionals. The same-day service and 4-hour repair guarantee clinched the deal. I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour. I was very pleased with Precision. Peter Cascio 551-500-4096

Jennifer was topnotch from the initial inquiry call to follow-up satisfactory E-mail. Technician, Kevin, was punctual, professional, explained service in detail, and installed equipment accurately and efficiently. I was overwhelmed how courteous the entire team at Precision was. Company sent an alert with picture of technician (added security measure) and Kevin was conscious about protecting all entities during this COVID pandemic. Great service, fair pricing, and amazing team members!! Continued success!!

I wanted to make sure I gave a 5 star review for the company, and especially the technician Louis Rowek. He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and was extremely pleasant and professional. Employers find out all too often when things go wrong, but deserve to know when they go exceptionally right. Louis was a pleasure to deal with and I hope this review gets him the recognition he deserves. I will be a repeat customer if I ever need your services again!

We were extremely satisfied with your service. Tommy was fantastic, super personable and very professional. He did a full inspection and presented two options, one of which was replacing the motor which is what we went with. He was able to perform a full install in an hour, walked me through the nuances of the new equipment and cleaned up after his work. He made the experience for us, highly appreciative of his service!

Highly recommended by Angie’s List. Read a bunch of reviews and was confident in my decision. Communication was excellent. Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I will more than likely have that replacement done after the holidays by your company. Thanks for the great service.

It started with the phone call to give me an idea of when he would arrive.....and then an update. Then the picture and name of who would be coming was texted. Then the inspection and estimate. Then the fact that work would be begin immediately, not another day! The technician Kevin was very professional and gave me options. I chose to have all the mechanical parts replaced on all 3 doors. He did a very nice job and went over everything with me and then cleaned up within 2 hours as he had promised! It was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Precision!

I was really impressed with Precision from the start. When I called in to request repair of my garage door, customer service was prompt and clear, and scheduling the service was a breeze! When the day came for service, I was impressed not only with the email and text I received giving me a profile and a picture of the serviceman who would be arriving, but also the calls I received from Kevin (our serviceman) letting me know his ETA on arriving. When Kevin showed-up, he was very professional. He quickly ascertained the problem with our garage door and offered me several options for not only fixing, but updating the garage door system. He explained everything succinctly and helped me through the financing options. He then immediately got to work and completed in the time he quoted. Overall, this was a very pleasant service experience and I'll be sure to be using Precision going forward for any further troubles with my garage.
