He did a full inspection and presented two options, one of which was replacing the motor which is what we went with. He was able to perform a full install in an hour, walked me through the nuances of the new equipment and cleaned up after his work. He made the experience for us, highly appreciative of his service!

Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I will more than likely have that replacement done after the holidays by your company. Thanks for the great service.

It started with the phone call to give me an idea of when he would arrive.....and then an update. Then the picture and name of who would be coming was texted. Then the inspection and estimate. Then the fact that work would be begin immediately, not another day! The technician Kevin was very professional and gave me options. I chose to have all the mechanical parts replaced on all 3 doors. He did a very nice job and went over everything with me and then cleaned up within 2 hours as he had promised! It was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Precision!

He installed a new motor, new springs and cables, new touch pads and explained everything clearly. Especially made sure that everything was in perfect working order before leaving.

I was really impressed with Precision from the start. When I called in to request repair of my garage door, customer service was prompt and clear, and scheduling the service was a breeze! When the day came for service, I was impressed not only with the email and text I received giving me a profile and a picture of the serviceman who would be arriving, but also the calls I received from Kevin (our serviceman) letting me know his ETA on arriving. When Kevin showed-up, he was very professional. He quickly ascertained the problem with our garage door and offered me several options for not only fixing, but updating the garage door system. He explained everything succinctly and helped me through the financing options. He then immediately got to work and completed in the time he quoted. Overall, this was a very pleasant service experience and I'll be sure to be using Precision going forward for any further troubles with my garage.

I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.

Our garage door cable snapped with cause the springs to compressed. A neighbor who recently used your service recommended your company. The representative that took the call was very professional and understanding. She even tried to get us a same day emergency service but was notable to. We got an appointment for the following day with a 12-4 window. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call around Noon that the service technician would not arrive until later in the appointment window so I can go do errands if I wanted to instead of sitting around waiting. The technician was very courteous and professional. He identified himself, asked to see where the issue was and after examining the issue, he explained my options the price for each option and the work necessary to rectify the issue. He was very meticulous in explaining what I was signing for when a signature was required. I had a very good experience and a great technician that represented your company well

I called Precision on a recommendation by a neighbor. Brian arrived within an hour and quickly got to work replacing a broken torsion spring. He inspected everything else and we chatted about a few future upgrades. I will use Precision again, as needed.

I get a lot of advertising from your company and at the same times I get advertising from Door To Door. I have used your company a total of 3 times now (each time $600 plus), although expensive I have been very satisfied with the work done and the technicians that did it, as well as the fast and prompt service. However, I find your advertising to be very misleading in a lot of ways. For example, who knew that the waiving of the service fee when the installation of a new garage door opener was done was considered a promotion and or discount, thereby disallowing me the $50.00 off coupon for any Liftmaster opener??!! The technician Tommy called the office and all they would give me was $25.00 not $50.00. It does not make sense Also, did I get the free trolley shield mentioned below? And what about the Senior Citizen Discount. Please be sure Owner Doug sees this review, otherwise I will call him as the email suggests. Thx.

The service was excellent in terms of timing and coming within the window 12-4, the technician was also great. The price for service was ridiculous. $700 for service/parts that cost $10 or less at Lowes. I have never paid more than $350 for it to be fixed so sadly we will be looking elsewhere next time. We asked if it was more bc it was a Sunday - technician said no, its just the company’s pricing.
