Precision was professional from start to finish - from speaking with someone by phone and booking an appointment to installation and testing to be sure all features worked, including being able to open and close doors from the car. Charles was terrific. He explained several options for repairing aged infrastructure and completed replacement of pulleys, springs and openers in an efficient and neat manner.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!

John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. We are totally satisfied with his work and the value we once again received from Precision (we have used their services before)--we highly recommend them and will use them again.
