Service technician was very courteous and thorough. He explained what service was needed to repair the springs, then explained other worn features that needed to be addressed soon, if not now. Instructed technician to proceed repairing all worn features on both doors of garage. Work was done quickly and site was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with job performed

I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.
