Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.

I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour. He did a full inspection and presented two options, one of which was replacing the motor which is what we went with. He was able to perform a full install in an hour, walked me through the nuances of the new equipment and cleaned up after his work. He made the experience for us, highly appreciative of his service!

Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I will more than likely have that replacement done after the holidays by your company. Thanks for the great service.
