He did a full inspection and presented two options, one of which was replacing the motor which is what we went with. It started with the phone call to give me an idea of when he would arrive.....and then an update. Then the picture and name of who would be coming was texted. Then the inspection and estimate. Then the fact that work would be begin immediately, not another day! The technician Kevin was very professional and gave me options. I chose to have all the mechanical parts replaced on all 3 doors. He did a very nice job and went over everything with me and then cleaned up within 2 hours as he had promised! It was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Precision!
