Got my garage opener changed today... The tech Chris Karnacewicz called and stated he could be get to me earlier than the scheduled appt. he arrived and was very pleasant and personable. He handed me for using Precision Door and asked what I thought the issue was. He checked the opener and then made a recommendation to have it opener replaced. Chris was very good and made the experience pain feel... I would certainly use them again..l may ask to be place on Chris schedule.

If I could have given zero stars I would have, but they do not let me do so. Almost 5 years ago I had Precision come and install a new garage door, a lift system for the door (top of the line) with a keypad and two remotes. Not even 5 years later my keypad stops working correctly and will not open the door. I finally call to have a technician come out, I am not home but my husband is. When I get home he tells me they charged over $200 for a new keypad. I am upset because this seems very expensive for a keypad and I do not feel it should have died so soon. I call about 1 hour after the technician has left my house (I have nothing bad to say about the technician or the women who I spoke with on the phone) and called customer service. I was told that I would need to speak to management and they will not be in until Monday. She took my information and said they will call on Monday. At 4pm on Monday I still did not receive a call so I called back. I was told they would try to get a hold of management and have them call me. NO call Monday. On Tuesday still not call by 3pm. I call them and finally get management. I do not know if they were hoping I would go away if they did not call or not, but I was already displeased by their lack of care for their customers. I asked the management if I should be expected to have to replace my keypad every 5 years because I think that I should have been told that before buying the product. I was told that it should have lasted a lot longer and this was unusual and should not happen again. Once I was told this, I then asked why I was charged over $200 to fix something that was clearly defective. How do they not back the products that they are selling? The response I got was that the manufacture only warranties it for 1 year so they can’t do anything. I stated again how do you as a large company not back the products you sell, because you are not if it is clearly defective and you charged me so much to replace it. Then I am told a keypad should only be $99. He looks up my information and I was charged a package to do a diagnostic and get a keypad, something I did not ask for. So I had to pay $100 over what I should have. Management finally says the best they can do is give you me 2 year warranty on the new keypad, which I flip out to. If it should last 10-15 years what is a 2 year warranty doing. I tell him I am done and will be writing a review about how they do not back their products. I then get told I would get a full refund. I month later and no check. Clearly this company does not care about its clients, is dishonest, disloyal, and does not back their defective products, let alone one that is not.

A full garage door tuneup, adjustment to the electric eye, garage light repair, remote battery replacements, track lubrication, bolts replaced, tightened and secured in about 20 minutes and working perfectly. I called Precision after heavily researching garage door professionals that do the job right. I'm glad I went with these guys!! From setting up the appointment to the actual install was great. My tech Julian Villamor was caught up at his previous job but his office called and gave me updates (a very professional thing to do!). Upon arrival, Julian was very apologetic about being late and was ready to get to work! He explained the different types of LiftMaster models he had in his truck and I ultimately went with the WLED mainly for the superior light output it provides in the garage. Install seemed so quick too! Once completed, Julian showed me all the features and thoroughly explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who want nothing but the best!

The communications leading up to the home visit were excellent. Our repair specialist Eric arrived on time; he was courteous and efficient. He explained our options and the costs and was patient with our questions. Repairs were done quickly. It was an overall positive experience.

Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.

They also described potential future options. Luigi and Ryan were able to fix the door in about 1 and 1/2 hour. They were helpful and professional. Kevin Stasiak was our technician, and he figured out the issue right away and fixed it within a few minutes. He was professional and courteous and he got the job done. Also, I'm really impressed with how quickly Precision was able to have someone come out ( around 2 hours after my phone call to them ) and fix the issue. It's rare that a company can respond that quickly to a service request.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and my garage door wouldn't open! Tried on my own by pulling the emergency cable, but the darn door didn't budge. Did some research, called Precision, and about an hour later someone was at my house helping me out! I was presented with options, and after almost two hours of hard work, including re-attaching the bar/railing that had fallen off the wall and reinforcing it with brackets and bolts, and putting in some new rollers, the door was opening and closing as good as new. The service person did a great job -- he even cleaned up! It wasn't cheap, but with Precision you pay a premium price for a premium service, and it was worth it for me!
