I had my garage doors installed in 2006 by Precision. Even at that time they had great prices, quick service and did excellent work. Recently (Dec 2018) a cable was broke and the bracket for the track fell off the ceiling, so the track was hanging and the garage door was jammed. This happened at 4:45PM. I called Precision and by 5PM they dispatched a technician over. Eric was onsite at 5:45PM and in one hour he completed the repairs. Amazing that within 2 hours from onset of problem to back to normal. I took off 1 star as Precision did not have my records from 2006 and I had to show my receipts/work orders for the install done in 2006. Luckily I am organized and I have all my paperwork filed.

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.

I called Precision to repair a snapped cable. I got a text when the tech was on the way which gave me time to move the cars & get ready. When Brian arrived he showed me that the cable snapped because of old pulleys and pointed out a few other parts that were worn and would eventually cause problems. I agreed to a full rebuild (new cables, pulleys, springs, & rollers) and now my old noisy garage door works quieter & smoother than it ever did before. I should have done this a long time ago! Brian was great, and I thought the price was very fair considering the door now works like a brand new one.

I had the service on 9/6/18. I received several contacts both email and texts reminding of the appointment. The repairman also called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival, he listened to my concern and was very polite. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and the price was fair for the level of service that was received. I am very pleased and will use them again.
