Take all the worry out of a very once in a while repair. I have had two doors repaired, and both times I could not have asked for more timely, professional and competent service. Installed AC-DC safety cables for two garage doors. Response time was more than timely, technician called to let me know when he planned to arrive. Work was done quickly, and efficiently. Could not have asked for more. I will call again if needed .

He told me that in his notes, he will put some recommended actions for the future if the repaired garage door starts to "act up" again. Michael S. was extremely thorough and explained all of my options to fix my damaged garage door. He also explained the difference between the products offered by Precision compared to other companies or something you would buy at a big chain hardware store. We had excellent service from your company. It started from the first call to your company for service. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired.
