All around great experience, from the initial diagnosis/estimate to final install. Glenn Gauliteri the service technician was responsive, thorough, transparent, and understanding - really put my mind at ease with such a large investment, and even went out of his way to honor promotional pricing that he had quoted me over a year ago when we first started the process but had to put on hold. The installation team Kenny and Mayo were nothing but professional - efficient, friendly, thorough, and left the garage as clean as they found it. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade. We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.
