I had the garage doors installed 10 years ago. Had an issue with a broken cable. Repaired under warranty with a service charge. Parts were free though.

06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.

Take all the worry out of a very once in a while repair. I have had two doors repaired, and both times I could not have asked for more timely, professional and competent service. Installed AC-DC safety cables for two garage doors. Response time was more than timely, technician called to let me know when he planned to arrive. Work was done quickly, and efficiently. Could not have asked for more. I will call again if needed .

Michael S. was extremely thorough and explained all of my options to fix my damaged garage door. He also explained the difference between the products offered by Precision compared to other companies or something you would buy at a big chain hardware store. I would highly recommend Precision and you will be lucky if you get Michael S. as your technician. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family

We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.
