I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!

Luke was very professional and friendly and explained the different type of garage doors available as well as prices. He also explained the different type of garage door openers that were available and their prices. He was very patient and made sure that I understood the differences with the doors and openers. Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.
