Chris and Luke were outstanding. I called Precision when one of my openers failed to operate. I received a next day appointment. Chris and Luke were prompt, courteous and thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue(burned out motor), explained why it happened and ran through several options. I decided to replace the unit and the other 20+ yr old unit at the same time. They had all the parts with them, replaced the system, as well as the rollers, springs and installed a new tension cable that is code, to keep the doors from crashing down in the event that they needed to be opened manually. In two hours they had the job done, no mess and they walked me through everything. The Lift master openers are terriffic and i can barely hear the doors opening now. I highly recommend Precision; ask for Chris and Luke!

my garage door went kaput late Friday afternoon. These guys were here fixing the problem first thing Sunday morning. Everything was clearly explained to me and all of my options (long vs short term, $ vs $$$) were laid out for me. The technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, I felt he dealt pretty straight with me. Did I want to spend $900+ on garage door repairs? No, but I'm glad I called Precision when I needed to get the job done quickly and done right.

Consequently, I've been involved with a large number of people providing home services. Brian (Bi) stands head and shoulders above all I can recall! He provided me a comprehensive professional evaluation of both my door systems--positives plus impending concern areas to watch--fixed the immediate problem, installed a keypad which I wanted for access convenience, insured that both doors were operating optimally and, in short, left having accomplished a lot more than my best hopes for the service call. Very, very impressive AND all at a very reasonable cost. They fully deserve their high grades by BBB & Angies List, and this guy is the definition of 5 star ratings!

The service provided by my technician, Glen, was excellent. They came on the day they promised. He called before to let me know what time he would arrive (which was in the originally scheduled window). He explained options to me prior to doing the work and then clearly showed me what was done.

The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

Our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Chris Karnacewicz from Precision came and fixed the door in less than an hour. He was very nice and very knowledgeable -- a true professional. He explained everything in a very patient manner and made recommendations as to what needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Precision and Chris for all garage door needs and I would definitely use Precision and Chris again.
