06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. From the day you make your appointment through installation,they kept us updated on our order. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly even though we found out our garage does not sit level. They had a solution for the problem at the time they told us about it, which alleviated any stress. Great job.

Take all the worry out of a very once in a while repair. I have had two doors repaired, and both times I could not have asked for more timely, professional and competent service. Michael S. was extremely thorough and explained all of my options to fix my damaged garage door. He also explained the difference between the products offered by Precision compared to other companies or something you would buy at a big chain hardware store. We had excellent service from your company. It started from the first call to your company for service. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired.
