He called to let me know approximately what time he would be there in the 4 hour window and then he was right on time. He explained what he was going to do to repair the door and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Precision!

Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.

The technician that came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs of my garage door or a new garage door was Tim Rainey. He was very friendly and explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions. After I spoke to Tim I felt confident purchasing the door from Precision and am now waiting for the installation which he told me will be done in about three weeks. While he was at my home he was able to open the door that had broken so I now have access to the garage until it is replaced. I was happy to have dealt with Tim and happy I that chose Precision.

5 star rating I received a mailer about Precision Doors, and it had listed all of the services I needed. I called this morning to make an appointment. The installer came in the afternoon, did an assessment and gave me a price quote. He did the work before 5:00 pm. I was happily stunned! He was friendly, helpful, clear, and prompt.

The installation team Kenny and Mayo were nothing but professional - efficient, friendly, thorough, and left the garage as clean as they found it. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.
