After a local garage door repairman told me the door likely couldn't be fixed and would cost $6K to replace I called Precision for a second opinion. Their technician arrived on time, was personable, knowledgeable and competent. He explain the problem to me, how to fix and how to improve my system. He provided quick estimates for all option but there was no pressure to do more than what was needed to fix today's problem. He then had all the parts to fix the problem on his truck. No need for a follow up appt or to tell my 2 year old he can only play with one today a day.

I rarely leave reviews but the experience I had with the tech Chris Aveta was amazing. He showed up on time and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Chris explained what need to be done, the time frame and cost involved. He was nice to work with. I only wish he was going to do the repairs.
