Asked the technician to replace the broken spring. He spent a half hour doing 'full inspection' and recommended a $600 'complete installation'. When I said that is not I wanted, he went into his truck and came back with a discounted $500 proposal. All I wanted was to replace two Springs - goes back to the truck and comes with a best and final offer of $300. Wrote him a check for the service call - never again!

Lou R arrived early, diagnosed the possible, and promptly proceeded to repair my garage door springs, straighten out my frames for a tighter seal, and then fixed my other door's springs which also looked like they were ready to go. He explained what he was doing along the way, which was very informative. Precision is numero Uno, always 5-star in my book.

What a great all around experience. Very professional. The technician was onsite right away to diagnose our issues with the garage door. A text with the picture of the tech and a short Bio was sent to both my wife and me before he arrived. Was very prompt, very friendly, and professional.
