This was my second time using Precision Door Service, this time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The company is excellent and technician was Lou Rowek - extremely courteous and professional. He took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 while he was working in my garage. Lou is great technician, he explained all the details of what was wrong and how he planned to fix them. Lou ended up replacing everything, pulleys, rollers, cables, springs and the bottom door seal and it works better than ever. I highly recommend Precision and Lou!

I chose Precision Door Service because I have had garage doors installed in the past by them. Today, we had a new garage door installed with the remote control door opener. "Sam" was very courteous & thorough in explaining how everything worked. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for your new garage doors or for a new remote control door opener!

I have had my garage door system for about three years and absolutely love it for its convenience and durability. I had a slight problem with door closing The other day and they had the technician at my house within a day. He fixed my problem and looked over the rest of the system at the same time. A pleasure to deal with!

We'd called Precision Door 7 years ago to install a new garage door opener and were impressed with their services and promptness to our call at the time. So when the battery started beeping and needed to be replaced, it was obvious that we called Precision. The phone was answered promptly, even in these uncertain times of Covid19. A technician showed up next morning, changed the battery and recommended that cables and pulleys would also need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. We agreed and Louis was very professional, courteous and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He followed all the protocols as set by Precision and we are very satisfied customers. Thank You Louis and all at Precision Door!

The price for repair was higher than replace all doors and motors with brand new stuff. Before you call this company you should know that few hundred dollars repair will cost you thousands. They also charge you $74 even if they don’t do any work.

I was very pleased with Roberto's professionalism and intuitiveness. He came up with a solution in fixing the door sensor. He was clean, courteous and spoke to me before he started the job and then when he was finished he explained the cost of my bill (which I have to admit was higher than I anticipated). I would have no problem recommending Precision Door.

Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

The guy did a good job he explained everything I’ve had you before and I’ve had no problem but I just think for two springs and two wires $500 is a lot of money
