I have had my garage door system for about three years and absolutely love it for its convenience and durability. I had a slight problem with door closing The other day and they had the technician at my house within a day. He fixed my problem and looked over the rest of the system at the same time. We'd called Precision Door 7 years ago to install a new garage door opener and were impressed with their services and promptness to our call at the time. So when the battery started beeping and needed to be replaced, it was obvious that we called Precision. The phone was answered promptly, even in these uncertain times of Covid19. A technician showed up next morning, changed the battery and recommended that cables and pulleys would also need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. We agreed and Louis was very professional, courteous and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He followed all the protocols as set by Precision and we are very satisfied customers. The price for repair was higher than replace all doors and motors with brand new stuff. Before you call this company you should know that few hundred dollars repair will cost you thousands. They also charge you $74 even if they don’t do any work.

Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

Asked the technician to replace the broken spring. He spent a half hour doing 'full inspection' and recommended a $600 'complete installation'. When I said that is not I wanted, he went into his truck and came back with a discounted $500 proposal. All I wanted was to replace two Springs - goes back to the truck and comes with a best and final offer of $300. Wrote him a check for the service call - never again!
