Tech arrived within window of time, did call before arrival. Louis inspected all issues and explained what needed to be done. He gave me the choices and said he would do whatever I wanted done. Quick and professional. My tech was Louis and he was great. He greeted me explaining he was staying back to be Covid safe. He had a mask and gloves. This was my second time using Precision Door Service, this time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The company is excellent and technician was Lou Rowek - extremely courteous and professional. He took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 while he was working in my garage. Lou is great technician, he explained all the details of what was wrong and how he planned to fix them. Lou ended up replacing everything, pulleys, rollers, cables, springs and the bottom door seal and it works better than ever. I highly recommend Precision and Lou!
