Our service man John Delpiu was excellent. He was very helpful and went over in detail all that will be done with the installment. He reviewed the invoice and was extremely knowledgeable. He called with an arrival time and he was at our home exactly at that time. I hope the installers are just as great as John. 5 star for John!

WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right. John was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!! This was a great customer experience!!!

The spring of my garage door was broken on Sunday. I found Precision Door Service online called them on Monday based on their good reviews. Precision was able to schedule someone to come on Tuesday. The technician Luigi arrived on time, he was courteous and able to clearly explain to me the problem. He fixed the door for me right away. He was great and very professional! This time, when I need to replace the garage door pad, they were the only ones I considered. They came exactly at the time I chose, and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
