WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right. John was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!! This was a great customer experience!!!

The spring of my garage door was broken on Sunday. I found Precision Door Service online called them on Monday based on their good reviews. Precision was able to schedule someone to come on Tuesday. The technician Luigi arrived on time, he was courteous and able to clearly explain to me the problem. He fixed the door for me right away. He was great and very professional! I was very happy with the service Precision has provided. I’ll definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I chose Precision because when my door broke previously, they came immediately and provided stellar service. This time, when I need to replace the garage door pad, they were the only ones I considered. They came exactly at the time I chose, and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Joshua arrived on time and inspected door for reported problem. Although no actual repair was required at this time, he fully and professionally ex- plained all options and indicated how we might resolve the incomplete door closing with little out of pocket expense. Most refreshing to have a tech who does NOT high pressure the costomer. I will always call Precision from now on.

When I saw their coupon in the mailer I decided to give Precision a try for my garage door that was getting old and making a lot of noise when opening and closing. I don't hesitate giving them a 5 star rating in all aspects from my initial phone call to set up the service call, to the on time arrival of the technician and the friendly service that is so unusual these days. My technician, Tim Rainey was courteous and took the time to explain all the aspects and options of the repair to make my old door work like new again. I would recommend Precision Door of Northern NJ to my friends and neighbors as well as anyone reading these customer reviews. Knowing what is out there today, it was a pleasure to deal with Tim and experience that good old fashion service.
