This place does great work and they are punctual. Unfortunately they are far from cheap and for known issues like broken cables or something, you may do better elsewhere. This is the second time I have needed them in the last couple of months. First one door and now the other. I had Andrew both times and I can't say enough about his highly skilled work. Insist on him when you call. If you are going to pay top dollar, you may as well have top highly skilled work.

Tech called before he came, explained everything in detail before I decided what I wanted to do. He did his work in a timely manner, very neat. After he finished he explained everything he did and set up my car opener and pad. I was pleased with the entire experience and would be happy to recommend Precision to anyone.

Chose Precision form Bergen County yellow pages and was influenced by family owned reference. The garage door was repaired to my satisfaction by Gaetano who was very courteous and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision. Scott called me at 12 to advise me of the time of his arrival as a courtesy so I could get on with my Saturday chores. He came promptly when he said he would. He clarified my options for my garage door repair. Scott was very professional, courteous and helpful. My garage door is now repaired.

I was very impressed by the effort put in and the consideration taken by Scott in helping us get our garage door working again. Even before he showed up he was very considerate to call us and let us know a more specific window of time as to when he would arrive which allowed us to not waste time waiting for him. When he got to our home, he made it clear he didn't want to break anything (door or window) to gain access and diagnose the problem - which ultimately was about the remote control. He kept his word and as a result climbed into the garage through a window at some personal risk. Within a very short window of time we were back to normal - with a new backup remote to prevent a repeat issue. He is very professional and helpful and if we should ever need additional work I would be very happy to have him and Precision back to do the job.

Kevin called me and told me he would be at my house around the time that he mentioned. He started fixing up the garage right when he came. He said it would take around 45 minutes and he finished at exactly 40 minutes. The job was done very professionally and neatly. I was so happy with the outcome. thank you kevin!

Kevin was great. He spotted the problem with our broken garage door right away and repaired it in a very short time. He had everything he needed on the truck and was very efficient. They originally installed the opener and springs years ago, I called because the door was jammed, the tech (Scott M)called to let me know when he was coming, he worked on the door and went above and beyond slipping under this tight opening, amazing, my trunk door had opened and jammed the door from opening. I just had it serviced at the dealer for this problem. Would definitely recommend these guys!
