Not too happy, although I had a great experience years ago which is why I called again, my experience was not so good this time. I felt like I was ripped off. Had garage repaired on Monday, new springs, cables and rollers for $715. Today my garbage door stopped working and the repair person said that it required a new circuit board which cost another $279. I wonder why the board which had no problems previously went after the repair. I am almost certain I would have gotten a better price elsewhere but I trusted Precision not to make me feel ripped off, I will make sure I make note of this on Angie

The technician who showed up was very courteous and helpful. Due to the problem, I did have to give him some assistance with the door. The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated, I only needed springs replaced and it was over $500. I could live with the cost except, the repair was done the day before I left town so I did not have a chance to see it working. When I returned from my trip the door failed after only 3 uses. I am calling them back and we will see how tit goes.

Kevin arrived with in the time frame quoted. He was dressed neatly with the company name on his jacket. He was very polite. He reviewed the service order and started right to work. After he finished the tune up, he showed me what he had done. He offered helpful advice about the care of the garage door. This was our first time using Precision and it was a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. I would use these guys every time!

We chose Precision because of the commercials on TV. My garage door still does not talk, however. We needed a new door opener, cables, and assorted hardware. We were completely satisfied with the level of service, the time for the repairs, and the technician was a complete pro. I would give Precision * * * * * (5 stars).

A very professional company; service was performed first thing Sunday morning within 36 hours of requested service. Technician was very helpful in explaining the repairs necessary and performed the job in an efficient manner

Precision was amazingly quick to respond to my broken garage door and opener. Andrew, a technician, was there within a day of my call to Precision. He gave me several choices for repair and replacement, and did not pressure me to spend more than necessary. Chris installed my new door and opener. He was thorough, kept the work area clean, and did an excellent job explaining the new opener. I will always call Precision for any garage door repair work...but I shouldn't need a technician's assistance any time soon!

Chris was my service man and had my garage door repaired and leveled within the 30 minutes he estimated... however, while we were finalizing the invoice, and for the first time in Chris's career, the spring broke and cables were flying over our heads. Needless to say, Chris had the challenge in hand and installed the new springs and cables without delay. I really like your professionalism, promptness and your fully stocked trucks. The sping on our garage door broke (my husband thinks due to the cold weather) and Precision Door came the same day and fixed it. Since the sping broke overnight, my car was stuck in the garage. So, they were able to fix the spring with my car in the way. We are grateful for the quick, professional service.
