Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.

Brandon was our service guy and he was very good. Our 10+ year old Liftmaster door opener pretty much died and he explained that he could repair it but there was the possibility that the unit could break again. We decided to replace the entire unit. I did not feel pressured to buy a new one. Brandon did a good job explaining the options and installed the new unit quickly but thoroughly. He was very pleasant, engaging as well. I liked the fact that he called our home when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing this kind of service.

The original problem was a broken spring but when Kevin, the service technician checked the situation we decided to rebuild the door and replace all the parts. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. My doors are manual but we will be having 2 garage door openers installed by your company hopefully next week once I have my electrician install an outlet in one of the garages. Christina in your office was very helpful explaining the options of garage door openers. We have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with your work. I grew up in Pequannock so it's nice to support a business in my hometown.

Very professional in all aspects. Explained everything very well and answered all questions thoroughly. My service consisted of new motors, and a replacement of cables and pulleys. The doors work very well and are very much quieter. I feel that Gaetano went out of his way to make sure that I was pleased with the service. My garage door was inoperable due to cable snapping and broken spring. Gaetano arrived punctually and advised that the spring and cable needed replacing. He went through a multi-point analysis and determined that my rollers were plastic and also that my other door would soon be at risk of the same breakage I experienced with my broken door. I was convinced to do more extensive repair and replacement which was done both expeditiously and professionally. Good job all around!

The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!
