I have used Precision Garage Door a few times now and request Brandon every time I need a technician to come to my home. Brandon is knowledgeable and seems to really care about his customers. He always goes above and beyond to try to fix the problems I have had with my garage door, no matter how difficult they may seem. I had Brandon do a complete rebuild on my old, outdated garage door in August of 2012 and it has never been quieter and runs very smoothly. I highly recommend Brandon.

I contacted Precision Garage Door company a few years ago and had to call them again just recently because the door wouldn't work all of a sudden after having no problem until now. After arranging an appointmemt a very astute serviceman came and explained to me that everything was fine except for the alignment of the sensors which had apparently got knocked out of sync by a recent visitor to my home. He fixed the problem within seconds, tightened a few screws, sprayed lubricant in the action places, explained everything in a very detailed manner without any charge since all was covered by the warranty. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service and happy that it didn't cost me anything!

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I called late on a Sunday evening and they scheduled my appointment for Monday afternoon. My service technician was Tim. He arrived on time and called about 20 minutes before. I saw a special offer from Precision and I decided my 16 ft garage door needed serviced. Tim arrived in a company uniform and truck, introduced himself professionally. He inspected my garage door and pointed out several issues concerning the door. (the door was originally installed in 1963 when the house was built!) I asked him to make the repairs we discussed and his truck carried all the parts necessary. the repairs were completed and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Tim for a job well done. The 7 day service was a factor I was able to have the job done on Sunday Rich called about 20 minutes before arriving on time he explained the repair and cost when I asked about replacing the opener he explained all the differant mechanisms that drive the opener worm belt chain in detail we chose the belt drive Liftmaster with batery backup the work was professional and timely when installed Rich explained and demonstrated all aspects of the opener. I would highly recommend Precision they are not the cheapest but you only get what you pay for
